line-height: 23pt;\">EMDR et phobies<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lorsque ces mots apparaissent : <em>\u00ab j\u2019ai peur, je ne supporte pas, je suis phobique, \u00e7a me paralyse\u2026 \u00bb<\/em> Il est probable que la PHOBIE soit install\u00e9e. L\u2019EMDR est tr\u00e8s efficace dans ce cas. Rapidement, cet outil permet aux personnes de diminuer leur peur, d\u2019att\u00e9nuer leur angoisse et progressivement, de reprendre une vie plus classique. Elle aide le patient atteint de d\u00e9pression \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer puis supprimer les affects et souvenirs n\u00e9gatifs ou difficiles. Elle permet \u00e0 la personne de retrouver progressivement son entrain et go\u00fbt \u00e0 la vie. Pour aider \u00e0 cette cicatrisation, la psychoth\u00e9rapie avec l\u2019outil EMDR a toute sa place. C\u2019est un travail complexe, long et difficile mais qui redonne un espoir pour retrouver une vie meilleure et la disparition des sympt\u00f4mes de souffrance (anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, cauchemar, peur, d\u00e9pression\u2026). Cette technique peut permettre de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer plus rapidement leur potentiel narcissique et ainsi, d\u2019affronter plus naturellement les contraintes de la vie professionnelle et familiale.
