C\u2019est pour cela qu\u2019une premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance est pr\u00e9vue, afin de s\u2019assurer que la technique EMDR est la th\u00e9rapie qu\u2019il vous faut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dans le cas o\u00f9 l\u2019EMDR n\u2019est pas appropri\u00e9e, il vous sera propos\u00e9 soit d\u2019attendre un peu que votre environnement personnel soit plus serein, soit d\u2019engager une psychoth\u00e9rapie plus classique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si vous avez des soucis au niveau des muscles oculaires ou des troubles visuels majeurs, il est important que vous demandiez \u00e0 votre ophtalmologiste son accord.
